It seems like it's been forever since I've posted a blog for us. Fall in Fairbanks has definitely arrived. All the birch trees are turning yellow, but the sun is still shining, and the weather is beautiful. Our highs over Labor Day weekend were in the 70's. I'm hanging on to all the summer I can get because in about a month, there will be snow on the ground. Over the long weekend, Tai and I made a quick trip down to Valdez to go on one last fishing trip for the summer. We had a real good time, and we now have enough halibut to last us through the winter. I took a few pictures of Tai reeling in his fish. He caught two halibut, two yelloweye (or red snapper), and I caught two halibut. I'll take some more pictures of our fall and put them on here soon. Hope everyone is doing well, and we love y'all!
