Our trip down from Alaska took us two weeks, but we took our time sightseeing along the way.  It felt strange to be driving out of Fairbanks for the last time, since it was our home for almost four years.  The weather had begun to warm up a bit, and there was more and more daylight each day which made it a little more difficult to leave.  However, it was snowing the morning we left, so that helped a bit.  It was a wonderful trip south, experiencing the Alaska Marine Highway, the Redwood Forest, Lake Tahoe, Las Vegas, and Texas.  Below are some pictures.  :)
